1.Firstly, put the bearings into the gas to clean, wipe of the oil sludge and dust on the bearings. Any bearings with rust mark have to use sand paper to wipe and furbish lightly, until you cannot feel roughness.

 

2.Make the bearings dry by rag after cleaning, and then dip in the rust preventive oil. In the process, the bearing should be totally touch the oil, and turn it continuously. This way can make the oil bound film which is formed by rust preventive oil cover the surface of bearings to reach the purpose of rust preventive.

 

3.Following, smear the lithium grease equably all over the surface of bearings, include inner and outer ring, roller and cage. And turning the bearings as smearing to make the grease really put into the inner in order to have the fullly lubricating.

 

4.Last process is package. In order to saving cost, we can use the scrap cement package which cut to the suitable size to pack bearings tightly and mark the bearings’ type then put it back to shelf.
