If there is distortion,it may produce vibration in the operation.Therefore,it is very important to produce the bearing seat and the transmission with a required tolerance.
Local damage: As the operation or installation error, a small part of the raceway and rolling element of the bearings may be damaged.When running, rolling across the damaged bearing components will generate a specific vibration frequency.The frequency analysis can identify the damaged bearing components.
The vibration behavior of applications: In many applications, the bearing stiffness is the same as the stiffness of the surrounding structures. Because of this feature, as long as choose the correct bearings (including pre-load and clearance) and the configuration in the application, it is possible to reduce the vibration in the application.
